Shunamite Hop blossom

Hop blossom is an agouti dumbo out of Shunamite Tabi hoppy daze and (probably!) Matrix Trick or Treat?

Hop blossom and her siblings were the result of an escapee litter - when Daisy slipped through the bars of her cage when Jannah, Elysian, Baldrick and Trick or Treat were out in the rat room free-ranging.
It was this litter that lead to us putting all the rats into duettos as a preventative measure. In view of the relative fitness and ability to catch Daisy - and the spread of varieties in the litter, we think that probably only Trick or treat? mated with her.
Her name is that of a real ale - and one that I discovered after a long search... Lizzie insisted that she needed a flower name, and I wanted something that related to her mum. Hop blossom seemed perfect. In reality she's become blossom... blossom by name and nature.
Blossom lives happily with the other Tabi girls. She's not the cleverest rattie ever, but she's genuine, pretty and loving.
